Updating data

You must manually update data for Comparative Analytics 2019.4. Automatic processes for data updates no longer function in Comparative Analytics prior to the 2020.2 release of Comparative Analytics.

Manually updating data for Axiom Intelligence

Comparative Analytics versions 2020.2 and later automatically updates Axiom Intelligence data nightly. This function no longer exists for prior versions and must be executed manually using these instructions.

To force an update of Axiom Intelligence data:

1. Navigate to the Axiom Comparative Analytics homepage.
2. Click Axiom Intelligence Data Update.

Manually loading latest data set

Comparative Analytics versions 2020.2 and later automatically load the latest data sets on the 23rd of each month. This function no longer exists for prior versions and must be executed manually using these instructions.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you only perform this function in the evening. Depending on the size of your organization and server activity, it may take Axiom Comparative Analytics several hours to load the latest data set. No Comparative Analytics data will be available during this process.

To load the latest data set:

1. Navigate to the Axiom Comparative Analytics homepage.
2. Click Load Latest Data Set.
3. In the Warning dialog that displays, click Yes.
